Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting of Al Shams Housing and Urbanization approved distributing cash dividends at EGP0.10 a share for 2015.
The ordinary meeting also approved the financial statements as well as the reports of the board and the auditor for the fiscal year 2015, the company said in a bourse filing.
In 2014, the company’s shareholders decided to distribute bonus shares at a total of EGP2 million.
