Cairo - Mubasher: Al Shams Housing and Urbanization targets net profits of EGP 42.7 million in 2016, according to the company's estimated budget.
The company said earlier it targets net profits of EGP 40 million in 2015.
Meanwhile, the firm eyes EGP 146.2 million worth of sales in 2016, against EGP 196.3 million in this year.
Al Shams Housing also seeks revenues of EGP 34.93 million in 2016, compared with EGP 38.52 million in 2015.
The real estate developer has allocated EGP 90 million in total investments in 2016, according to its estimated budget.
Al Shams Housing reported net profits of EGP 33.7 million in the first nine months of 2015, up 29.5% from EGP 26 million a year earlier.
