Cairo – Mubasher: Al Shams Housing and Urbanization on Tuesday announced that the cost of its SOLANA New Capital project amounted to EGP 3.41 billion ($205.96 million).
The project includes residential buildings, infrastructure, a mosque, entertainment facilities, a parking, a mall, a nursery, and a social club, according to a company statement.
SOLANA will comprise a 26-building luxury residential complex, including 1,580 units.
Al Shams reported a 51.2% year-on-year profit decline during the first quarter of 2019, recording EGP 36.18 million.
