Cairo – Mubasher: Al Shams Housing and Urbanization said Monday that the EGP 1 billion partnership project with the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) is still under study, according to a bourse filing.
A local newspaper reported that Al Shams Housing will invest EGP 1 billion to establish a residential project on an area of 100 acres in partnership with the NUCA.
By 10:22 am Cairo time, Al Shams Housing’s stock rose 1.66% to EGP 3.07.
