Mubasher: Al Shurooq Investment Services Holding said Sunday that it will held an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 22 December to discuss the liquidation of the company and its subsidiary, Shurooq Securities Company.
The EGM will also discuss appointing a liquidator for the two companies, according to a bourse statement.
