Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Sorayai Trading and Industrial Group announced on Thursday changing its name to Naseej International Trading Company.
The company’s shareholders approved the decision during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM), which was held on 26 April 2020.
The company recently increased its capital through a rights issue that was 858.1% oversubscribed.
