Riyadh – Mubasher: The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of Al Tayyar Group approved selling its 75% stake in Al Tayyar International Co in Sudan.
The stake was sold to Al Shamila Holding Co for SAR 4.22 million ($1.125 million), according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
In February, the company’s board agreed on selling the stake for the aforementioned sum.
The EGM also gave a nod to the board's and auditors’ reports for 2016, in addition to amending the company’s bylaws to be in line with the New Companies Law.
