Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Tayyar Group's board approved on Thursday selling the 75% stake in Al Tayyar International Co Ltd for SAR 4.22 million ($1.125 million).
The book value of the sold company amounts to SAR 1.59 million and the financial impact of the deal is expected to appear in the first quarter of 2017, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The company said that this decision is in line with its strategy to exit from small businesses and firms.
