Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Tayyar Group’s board decided to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for 2017.
The company will pay dividends at SAR 0.50 per share for each half of 2017, totalling SAR 209.65 million distributed over 209.65 million shares, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
Al Tayyar noted that after the first half of this year, the board will announce the eligibility and distribution dates of the dividends of the first stage. After the second half, the dates of the second stage will be disclosed as well.
The company last distributed dividends in September 2014 at SAR 2 per share for the first half of the year, totalling SAR 300 million and representing 20% of the nominal value.
