Mubasher: Al Themar International Holding has rescheduled the date of withdrawing from Boursa Kuwait to 18 October instead of 15 October.
Modifying the delisting date is due to suspending trading on Al Themar’s shares from 1 to 3 August, according to a bourse statement issued on Sunday.
Al Themar has a capital standing at KWD 77.3 million distributed on 773 million shares.
