Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting on Al Themar Holding has agreed on the board’s recommendation of withdrawing voluntarily from Boursa Kuwait.
The approval was determined as part of the restructuring procedures, as due to the weak trading activity, according to a bourse statement issued on Sunday.
