Kuwait – Mubasher: Al Themar International Holding will hold its ordinary general meeting on Sunday, 29 January, to review the board’s recommendation of withdrawing from Boursa Kuwait, according to a bourse filing issued on Wednesday.
The delisting decision was due to the restructuring procedures and weak trading activity.
