Kuwait-Mubasher: The Commercial Real Estate (Al-Tijaria) said it has made a new real estate investment in Stavanger city in Norway.
The investment is worth 36.4 million Norwegian Krone (about KWD 1.28 million), the company said in a bourse statement.
The real estate building is a headquarters to a new company, Centrica Energy, a subsidiary of Centrica PLC in Norway.
The Kuwaiti company noted that the financial impact from the deal will be registered in the financial statements of Q4-15.
During Thursday’s trading activity, Al-Tijaria stock settled at 80 fils, after nearly 68,500 shares were exchanged by about KWD 5,500.
