Kuwait-Mubasher: The Commercial Real Estate (Al-Tijaria) has made a new real estate investment in the UK for about KWD 926,600 (£2 million).
The company noted in a bourse filing that the investment was concluded through a consortium of investors.
Al-Tijaria said that the financial impact from this investment will reflect on the financials of Q1-16.
The company’s stock settled at 73 fils with a value worth about KWD 876,000, during early trades of Tuesday’s session.
