Kuwait – Mubasher: The Commercial Real Estate Company (Al-Tijaria) announced on Monday that it has joined a real estate investment worth 5 million euros (KWD 1.7 million) in Netherlands with an alliance of a group of investors.
According to a bourse filing, the property is the headquarters of Heerema Marine Contractors Company (HMC).
The financial impact of the investment is expected to appear in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2016.
The stock stood today at 76 fils by 11:20 AM Kuwait time, as 202,000 shares were exchanged at KWD 15,150.
