Kuwait – Mubasher: The Commercial Real Estate (Al-Tijaria) reported a growth of 3.1% in profits during the third quarter this year as compared to the same period of 2015.
Earnings grew to KWD 3.02 million ($9.94 million) in Q3-16 from KWD 2.93 million ($9.64 million) in Q3-15, according to a bourse statement issued on Sunday.
Over the first nine months of 2016, profits gained 9% to reach KWD 8.38 million from KWD 7.69 million in the same period a year ago.
The higher profits resulted from an increase in investment income from subsidiaries, Al-Tijaria clarified.
