Kuwait – Mubasher: The Commercial Real Estate (Al-Tijaria) said that its subsidiary, Al Mutajara Real Estate Co, has entered KWD 5.73 million worth new investments in Kuwait.
The investments are distributed on real estate sector for KWD 2.59 million as well as a marketing services company for KWD 3.14 million, according to a bourse filing issued on Wednesday.
It clarified that no financial impact will reflect on the statements, except for the growing value of the consolidated investments.
On the stock level, Al-Tijaria ended Wednesday’s trading session at 87 fis, after 3.7 million shares were traded at a value of nearly KWD 329,200.
