Riyadh – Mubasher: The Board of Directors of Al Yamamah Steel Industries Company approved reappointing Youssef Saeed Bazaid as the company’s CEO.
The appointment shall be effective starting as of 15 November 2020, according to a bourse statement on Monday.
In the third quarter of fiscal year 2019/2020, the company returned to profitability, achieving SAR 930,000 in net profits, against SAR 2 million in net losses in the same quarter a year earlier.
