Riyadh – Mubasher: NCB Capital Company will distribute cash dividends of SAR 17.187 million to AlAhli REIT Fund unitholders for the period ended on 30 June 2020.
The distribution will be to 137,500 million existing units, at SAR 0.125 per unit, according to a statement to the Saudi bourse on Monday.
Additionally, the dividend amount represents 1.25% of the unit’s initial price and 1.3% of the net asset value (NAV) as of 30 June.
Eligibility of dividends will be to the unitholders registered in the records of the Securities Depository Center at the end of Thursday, 20 August, the end of the trading day on 18 August, while the dividends will be paid within 15 working days from the due date.
