Riyadh – Mubasher: The Board of Directors of AlAhli REIT Fund has approved appointing AlAndalus Property Company as the operator of AlAndalus Mall, NCB Capital announced on Monday.
AlAndalus will replace Hamat Property Company as the new operator of the mall, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
It is worth noting that AlAndalus Property Company owns more than 5% of the fund’s units, in addition to being the real estate agent of the fund.
