Riyadh – Mubasher: Bander Al Khaleej Company appointed AlJazira Capital as the financial consultant for its listing on the Saudi parallel market.
AlJazira Capital stated that in case Bander Al Khaleej obtained the regulatory approvals to be listed on the parallel market, it will contact the qualifies investors to invest in the company's shares.
Bandar Al Khaleej is a closed joint stock company, based in Al Khobar and was established in 1989.
