Riyadh – Mubasher: Mohammad AlMoji group announced to downsize its manpower cost either by “sending an employee on unpaid long vacation” or “declaring a job role redundant”, according to a statement.
This step came after addressing its letter to the Ministry of Labor on 9 January regarding this issue.
The remaining staff, including the management, will also go on unpaid vacation if needed.
The company's restructuring vision, approved by shareholders in its last annual general meeting, and business operations have been adversely affected due to seizure of the company's sites, following court's directives.
This action has been taken to ensure the company’s resilience of the company, and reduce losses as much as possible.
