Cairo – Mubasher: Alaa Saba , member of the board of directors of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) submitted his resignation to Mohamed Omran, Chairman of EGX.
Shaukat Maraghy Managing Director of HC Securities, will replace Saba after receiving the most votes in the recent EGX election.
Saba is the co-founder and Chairman of Beltone Financial, a leading regional financial service institution operating in the fields of investment banking, asset management, private equity, brokerage and equity research.
