Kuwait – Mubasher: Aviation Lease and Finance Company’s (Alafco) board recommended the distribution of cash dividends of 5 Kuwaiti fils per share, representing 5% of capital.
The dividends distribution is aimed at finance the purchase and leasing of Alafco’s air jets, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
The company’s capital totals KWD 952.09 million, distributed over 95.21 million shares of 100 Kuwaiti fils per share.
The distribution will be for the fiscal year ended 30 September 2016, totaling KWD 47.6 million.
