Riyadh-Mubasher: Riyad Capital, the lead manager, financial advisor and underwriter for the initial public offering of Saudi Arabia's Alandalus Property announced that the number of retail subscribers amounted to 112,094 by the end of the first day of share flotation on Thursday, 06/03/1437 (17/12/2015).
A total of 3,788,870 shares were subscribed, representing 45.11% of shares offered for individuals, which amount to 8.4 million shares or 40% of total floated shares that reached 21 million or 30% of capital.
Retail subscription proceeds amounted to SAR 68,199,660 on day one.
Individuals subscription will continue till the close of Wednesday, 12/03/1437 (23/12/2015).
