Riyadh – Mubasher: Alandalus Property Co’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) has approved distributing SAR 70 million or SAR 1 per share as cash dividends for the full fiscal year 2018.
Distributions will take place on 9 May through Saudi British Bank (SABB), according to a statement on Monday to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
The OGM also approved to amend some of the firm’s articles of association.
During FY18, Alandalus Property reported a 59.5% drop in profits to SAR 47.97 million from SAR 118.38 million during 2017.
