Riyadh – Mubasher: Alandalus Property Company announced on Monday that it signed a Sharia-compliant credit facility agreement with the Saudi Investment Bank
The SAR 40 million financing will be paid over nine months starting from the date of using the facility, according to a bourse filing.
Alandalus said that the agreement was guaranteed by a promissory note and it will be used to support the needs of the working capital.
