Mubasher: Alargan International Real Estate will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Monday, 29 May, to consider the recommendation of distributing 10% of capital as cash dividends for fiscal year 2016.
The company will pay 10 fils per share to the entitled stockholders for FY16, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.
During FY16, Alargan posted a decline of 89.2% in profits to KWD 1.81 million from KWD 16.73 million in FY15.
