Mubasher: The main index of Bahrain Bourse opened Wednesday’s session with a rise of 0.95% or 11.11 points to the level of 1,177.83 points.
By 10:40 Am Manama time, turnover came to BHD 310,790 as 728,660 shares were exchanged through 37 transactions.
The industrial sector was the best performer after rising 3.4%, backed by an increase of 3.5% in Aluminium Bahrain (Alba).
The banks sector also leapt by 1.29% as National Bank of Bahrain levelled up 8.43%. The services sector advanced 0.86% as Seef Properties rose 6.12%.
