Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Aldar Properties on Sunday announced appointing Trojan General Contracting LLC as the main contractor for its Water’s Edge development.
The contract amounting to AED 1.3 billion follows the award of the early works package to Dutch Foundation, which began site work in February, Aldar revealed.
Water’s Edge, Abu Dhabi-based Aldar Properties’ latest waterfront development on Yas Island, comprises studios, and one-, two-, three-bedroom apartments.
The development “offers homeowners the complete outdoor lifestyle with pedestrian access to all amenities including a waterfront promenade with multiple dining and retail options. It also features private courtyards with spacious landscaped areas, pools, multipurpose courts and a mosque,” Aldar Properties revealed.
Water’s Edge is adjacent to the upcoming Sea World theme park, and is a five-minute walk from Yas Mall, Ferrari World, and the Yas Marina Circuit, the company concluded.
