Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Aldar Properties, a leading property developer based in Abu Dhabi, on Tuesday announced it has entered a strategic partnership with ANAROCK Group, India’s leading specialised real estate services company.
Under the partnership, the two companies will work jointly to provide Indian investors and buyers with direct access to Aldar’s portfolio of world-class destinations across Abu Dhabi, according to a press release.
This includes Mamsha Al Saadiyat, the anticipated Zayed National Museum, and the Guggenheim, as well as Yas Island developments.
Talal Al Dhiyebi, CEO of Aldar Properties, said: “India is a very important market for Aldar and a core part of our strategy for international sales. Through our partnership with a leading player like ANAROCK, we aim to create a new gateway for Indian investors into the many opportunities that can be found in Abu Dhabi.”
“This strategic collaboration will enable Indian buyers to benefit from the newly introduced law regarding freehold ownership of land in investment zones and visa rules for real estate investors in Abu Dhabi, which have made our destinations even more attractive to international investors,” he added.
This is Aldar’s first landmark partnership since launching its inaugural experience centre in Dubai earlier this year, Aldar noted.
The Abu Dhabi-based real estate company aims to promote its global expansion plans through this partnership.

On Monday, Aldar Properties revealed it had generated AED 420 million in sales from Phase 1 of its latest development Alreeman II at the Alshamkha area in Abu Dhabi, with over 75% of the land plots sold.
