Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Aldar Properties has agreed on paying cash dividends of AED 1.14 billion for the fiscal year (FY) 2020.
The cash dividend distribution is equivalent to 14.5% of the company’s capital or 14.5 fils per share, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
The shareholders have set the last entitlement date on 31 March and the ex-dividend date on 1 April.
It is noteworthy to mention that in 2020, the company’s net profits decreased to AED 1.932 billion from AED 1.984 billion in 2019.
