Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Aldar Properties plans to launch the second phase of Al Ghadeer project, located in Seih Sdeirah, next week.
The Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer will also reveal the number of residential units offered for sale, in addition to the prices of apartments and villas of the project, Al-Ittihad Newspaper reported.
Aldar had delivered around 2,130 residential units of Al Ghadeer’s first phase in March 2014.
Earlier this month, the Emirati real estate firm has awarded its latest project “Water Edge”, situated on Yas Island's eastern shores, to Trojan General Contracting at a value of AED 1.3 billion.
Aldar had also launched its new residential AED 440 million project, Reflection, on Reem Island last March.
