Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Aldar Properties has announced that it will commence the delivery of villas within its AED3.2 billion ($870 million) West Yas community in June.
Villas will be handed in phases, the first of which includes 300 and will continue until the end of 2018, according to a company statement.
The West Yas community comprises 1,014 four- and five-bedroom villas, 80% of which have been sold in consideration of AED 3.66 billion.
“We are proud to start the handover of West Yas to customers, which marks the expansion of the residential population on Yas Island,” executive director – commercial at Aldar Properties Maan Farid Al-Awlaqi commented.
