Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Aldar Properties posted an increase by 15.5% year-on-year in its profits during the third quarter of 2016, according to a statement.
Net profits reached AED 737.06 million ($200.64 million) in Q3-16, compared to AED 638.17 million ($173.72 million) in Q3-15.
Revenues rose 61% to AED 1.9 billion in Q3-16, compared to AED 1.18 billion in Q3-15.
In the first nine months of 2016, profits grew 13.3% to AED 2.05 billion from AED 1.81 billion in the same period of 2015.
The company saw a 39.6% rise in its revenues to AED 4.83 billion as at 30 September 2016, compared to AED 3.46 billion in the prior-year period.
