Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Aldar Properties reported net profits of AED 750 million ($204.2 million) in the fourth quarter of 2015, a rise of 4% from AED 718 million ($195.48 million) in the same quarter of 2014, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
Financials showed a 13% profit increase to AED 2.56 billion in the fiscal year of 2015, compared to AED 2.26 billion in the fiscal year 2014.
The board recommended dividends of 10 fils per share for FY15, up from 9 fils per share in 2014.
