Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) kicked of Thursday’s session in green, backed by the rise in Aldar Properties and First Gulf Bank (FGB).
The main index advanced 0.6% or 25.5 points to the level of 4,369.84 points.
The real estate sector rose 2.15% as Aldar properties and Eshraq properties grew 2.3% and 1.3%.
The industrial sector leapt 1.97% thanks to the rise in Ras Al Khaimah Ceramic by 5.7%.
Also, the energy sector advanced 1.91% after a 4% rise in Dana Gas.
The banks sector climbed 0.98% as First Gulf Bank increased 2.16%.
Trading volume came to 26.6 million shares exchanged through 731 transactions worth AED 71.64 million ($19.5 million).
The ADX closed yesterday in the red zone.
