Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Aldar Properties awarded the main contractor package worth AED 258 million to Fibrex for the development of its mid-market Shams Meera residential project on Reem Island.
“The contract, which commences with immediate effect, comprises the construction of two 25-storey towers overlooking a landscaped park,” Aldar said in a statement.
By 11:40am UAE time, Aldar fell 0.72% to AED 2.77 by 11:40am UAE time, with a turnover of AED 2.90 million generated from the exchange of 1.05 million shares.
