Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: Aldar Properties announced that it has awarded the main contract for the development of Mayan project, located on Yas Island, to Ghantoot General Construction.
The contract is worth AED 500 million, according to the company’s statement issued on Saturday.
The developer will deliver five, eleven-storey buildings containing 512 residential units, including 19 luxury beach villas, Aldar added.
Aldar reported a growth in profits by 8% to AED 2.8 billion last year, compared to AED 2.6 billion in 2015.
