Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Aldar Properties awarded the early works package worth AED 155 million ($42 million) for its Yas Acres to Bauer Geotechnical Specialized Foundation, according to a bourse statement.
“This is a clear endorsement of the commitment from Aldar and its partners to deliver a best in class development that is fully compliant with the new real estate law in Abu Dhabi,” according to Aldar’s Chief Development Officer Talal Al Dhiyebi.
The Abu Dhabi-based property development launched the project last April with investments valued at AED 6 billion ($1.63 billion) at Abu Dhabi’s Cityscape.
