Mubasher: Aldar Properties has launched ‘The Bridges’ project, which is a mid-market residential development, according to a bourse statement issued on Monday.
The project is worth AED 1.3 billion, consisting of 1,272 units, the company said.
Aldar will release one tower for sale at Cityscape Abu Dhabi, with prices starting from AED 450,000, with eight different unit types including studios, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments.
The Bridges project’s two plots, each including three towers, are separated by the new 2.4km canal that runs through Reem Island, the statement noted.
“We have launched The Bridges in order to cater to the significant demand for high quality, yet affordable homes in prime investment zone destinations across Abu Dhabi. Set alongside the new Reem Island canal and featuring a wide range of amenities, and situated close to Abu Dhabi’s business and cultural districts, The Bridges will appeal to both investors and owner occupiers,” CEO of Aldar Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak said, according to the bourse statement.
