Mubasher: Aldar Properties intends to launch a new public park in Al Reem Island by 2018, according to a recent statement.
The new investment is worth AED 250 million, with a landspace of 1 million square feet.
In an interview with CNBC Arabia, the chairman of Aldar, Abubaker Al Khouri, said that the overall real estate assets of Aldar exceeded AED 35 billion.
