Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Aldar Properties on Sunday reported sales worth AED 400 million in The Bridges project.
“Aldar has sold out the homes in the first two towers of The Bridges, Aldar’s latest mid-market development, during Cityscape, as a large number of buyers turned to invest in high quality, amenity-led mid-market real estate,” according to the company’s statement.
The company launched the sales of the second project tower during the exhibition, making the total number of residential units for sale 424, the statement showed.
As a result of the strong demand for The Bridges project, the Abu Dhabi-based company will launch sales for the third tower's units starting Saturday, 6 May.
Earlier in April, Aldar announced the launch of The Bridges Project with a cost of AED 1.3 billion on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi.
“Before the show opened on Tuesday, we had buyers queuing up round three sides of our stand in order not to miss out on the opportunity,” commented chief development officer Talal Al Dhiyebi.
He added that the results of the Cityscape Abu Dhabi event “validated” the company’s view “that the mid-market segment is underserved, and that customers know and trust in Aldar’s ability to deliver the right product, in the right location, at the right time. Because of this, we look forward to opening the third tower for sale, and welcoming more customers to Aldar on Saturday, 6 May.”
