Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Aldar Properties posted a 6.7% year-on-year decline in its profits during the fourth quarter of 2016, according to a bourse statement.
Net profits reached AED 700 million ($190.6 million) in Q4-16, compared to AED 750 million ($204.16 million) in Q4-15.
The company generated profits of AED 2.75 billion in 2016, up 7.4% from AED 2.56 billion in 2015.
Revenues rose 36% to AED 6.24 billion in 2016, compared to AED 4.59 billion in 2015.
