Aldar stock hikes to highest price in 2M

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The price of Aldar Properties’ stock, listed on Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), on Tuesday rose to AED 2.37, which is the highest price in 41 sessions.

By 1:37 pm UAE time, the stock rose 0.43%, after trading on 7.6 million shares, generating AED 17.98 million.

The stock price did not reach that level since the trading on 10 August, when it recorded AED 2.39.

This rise was influenced by the company’s announcement of handing over the residential units in “Ansam” and “Al Hadeel” project on Tuesday morning.

The hike also pushed the real estate sector up by 0.08%, pushing the market main index further by 0.42% or 19.21 points to 4,469.86 points.
