Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Aldar Properties Company will finish the construction of 760 residential units and deliver them in 2017, Talal Al Dhiyebi, Chief Development Officer (CDO), told Mubasher on Thursday.
“Now we have units under construction, and there will be no deliveries this year,” al Dhiyebi said.
Next year, about 540 units will be delivered in Ansam Project, and 220 units in Hadeel project, he added.
Al Dhiyebi noted that Aldar is now considering a number of projects in Abu Dhabi.
Abu Dhabi’s real estate sector remains steady as it held firm against the difficult conditions of global economies, caused by the fall in oil prices, the CDO said.
