Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Aldar Properties launched the Water’s Edge project worth AED 2.4 billion in Yas Island, according to a bourse statement.
Aldar will release one building for sale at Cityscape Global in Dubai on 11 September, offering units with prices starting from AED 480,000.
Water’s Edge offers purchasers of all nationalities the opportunity to invest in a waterfront development on Yas Island.
The development comprises 2,255 homes.
Aldar will incorporate a number of Water’s Edge homes into its leased residential portfolio.
