Riyadh-Mubasher: Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co. has signed a nine-year lease contract for Al Nour Al Haditha station in Al Khobar for SAR 400,000 annually, the company said in a bourse statement.
The firm also renewed the existing contract of Al Nour Al Zahran station in Al Khobar for SAR 600,000 annually.
The relevant financial impact will be reflected on the company’s financials as of the first quarter of 2016.
The contracts are subject to the approval of the next general meeting.
