Riyadh-Mubasher: Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co. said its extraordinary general meeting held on Wednesday approved amending articles No. 4 of the articles of association.
Shareholders gave the go-ahead for adding the transportation to its business activities.
The company plans to develop 40-50 stations in the cities and five others on the regional roads. In addition, it plans to increase the number of trucks by 10.
FY15 earnings reached SAR 144 million, rising 16.4% compared with SAR 123.7 million a year earlier.
