Riyadh - Mubasher: Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Company said that it is targeting to develop 78 of its stations in 2017, 60 of which are in cities and urban areas, and the remaining 18 are on the highways.
The development of the stations come as part of the company’s new identity, according to the company’s most recent report.
Aldrees is also looking for purchasing locations in Dammam and Jizan to complete its network all across the country with owned sites rather than rentals.
The company added in its report that the recent conditions forced the company to decrease the number of its stations in 2016, to avoid losses and maintain profitability.
The number of stations owned by the petroleum and transport services company grew in the past 10 years by 136.5% from 200 in 2006 to 473 by the end of last year.
